Structure and Governance
The organization is a registered association at the Chamber of Commerce, with its own statutes and internal regulations.
The Board consists of a maximum of seven members who are elected during the General Assembly by the membership of AGC to manage the organization for a term of three years.
The Board consists of:
- President
- National Secretary
- Treasurer
- International Secretary
- District Commissioner / Vice President
- Training and Camp Commissioner
- Public Relations and Expansion Commissioner
Each Board member may work together with volunteers in the form of a committee to support their responsibilities.
Committees submit proposals, and the Board member who leads the respective committee presents these proposals to the Board for approval, after which the committee may proceed with implementation.
